Well. Never mind. It was worth a try.
I usually have at least 1 glass of sprite zero a day, usually 2-3 smallish glasses. In cutting them out from Sunday-Friday night, my weight STILL stayed exactly the same. But it was worth a go, and I will still try to keep the amount of fizz I have to a minimum.
I am weighing in again tomorrow, and as much as I would love for the scales to go down, I don't feel that positive about it, after my huge dinner I had last night at Lone Star (early birthday dinner). Was a huge gorge, and wasn't that good in the weekend either, so if the scales reflect that, it's my own fault.
ON A POSITIVE (very positive) note, I am sitting here, about to shoot out to work for a meeting, and I am wearing a pretty new top, and a new pair of jeans, both in a size smaller than I have been able to comfortably fit since before having my baby. SO I AM HAPPY!!!!! The jeans aren't even that uncomfortable!!
Am still hopeful for a good number tomorrow, but if you don't hear from me, you know why!! :)

This week I have set myself the challenge to have no fizzy from today (Monday) until Friday night. This may not sound like much, however I drink A LOT of Sprite Zero, and as much as it is fat-free, sugar-free and points-free, I have a feeling it could still be contributing to my uber slow weight gain. So I'm gonna give it a go.
My weigh in last week was exactly the same as the previous week, hence the lack of posting. Not impressed, but then I had fish n chips in the weekend leading up to it, and a small BK meal the day before. So it serves me right really.
So besides that, I don't really have much to talk about. I think I might do a "Bucket List" since that seems to be the cool thing to do these days.
Oh yeah, and I have set up my other blog for when I start making my cool preggy mama and bubs (not preggy bubs that's just weird) clothes and accessories. Will advertise that page a bit more when I actually have something to show on there!!
The pretty roses are one of the roses on my plant, taken this morning and again tonight. I was amazed at how much it opened up in just 8 hours or so.

So I was having a pretty cruddy day, it was raining and baby was asleep in his carseat. So I went through the Burger King drive through. In my defence, it was my first bk/wendys/maccas in over 3 months (yes I had fish n chips on friday but that's different!!) and I only had a small grabba chicken meal.
Wasn't even that great, very dry and salty.
So I ended up just feeling worse and got home and lil man REFUSED and I mean REFUSED to sleep. Took 2 hours of screaming crying baby before he finally conked out on me... then when I tried to move him to his cot after 15 minutes he woke straight away and so I gave up and took him to mums so I could go to work. Where of course he was a little (tired) angel. Great. However I have since noticed that we have graduated from 1 molar trying to come through to 3. Could explain a fair bit!!!
Weigh in day tomorrow and I am now concerned that I am not going to have a good result. It probably wasn't the smartest day to have burger and chips for lunch :)
Will be back in tomorrow to update!

I'm a couple of days late in posting but this week ended up being a success!
Weighed in on Thursday after a hectic week not being able to get in any exercise besides a quick walk to the shops and there was NO CHANGE. I was gutted. But I felt quite bloated and yuck so the next morning when I got up my jeans felt super baggy so I was naughty and weighed in again and got a 700g loss! Not sure whether I should really be counting it since it wasn't actually on weigh in day, but I will take what I can get!!
So that brings me down to 88.1kg. At my heaviest I was 94.6 kg, and when I started "counting points" I was 90.5 so I'm definitely coming down YEEE HAAA
I probably should neglect to mention that we just had Fish n Chips for tea and are also having ice cream for dessert. But then again, it's the first time we have bought either in a good couple of months!! And haven't had any takeaways in over 1 month, so we figured we could splurge just this once.
I set up a page on Facebook a few months back called "TGA Mummies" http://www.facebook.com/pages/TGA-Mummies/122942527747498 and it started off with just a few of my mummy friends, and now it is up to 170 members!! Crazy! So we are arranging another catch up picnic this week, which I am really looking forward to.
So that's about it for me this week. Not a lot else to talk about really
